1. Program Overview
The A&E Venture Affiliate Program allows approved participants to promote qualifying A&E Venture products and potentially earn commission on qualifying purchases properly attributed through the approved affiliate tracking system.
Participation is approval-based.
2. Affiliate Status
Affiliates are independent participants. Participation does not create:
- Employment
- Agency
- Partnership
- Joint venture
- Franchise
- Authority to bind A&E Venture
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or authorized representatives of A&E Venture.
3. Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
A&E Venture may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion.
4. Commission
The current affiliate offer is 10% of the actual amount paid for eligible one-time purchases unless otherwise stated in writing.
Current eligible one-time services are:
- Custom Website Package
- Google Business Profile Setup & Optimization
- Standard single Paid Ad Creative Production package
- Google or Meta Ads Campaign Setup
Google or Meta Ads Campaign Setup is a required onboarding product for new management clients, not a standalone service. One purchase covers one platform and one initial campaign; onboarding both Google and Meta requires two separate purchases. Each qualifying attributed setup purchase earns 10% of the actual amount paid (currently $50 on a $500 promotional purchase), even when a prepaid management package is purchased separately. Prepaid management itself remains excluded.
Recurring services, including Website Growth Partnership, Google Ads Management, and Meta Ads Management, are not currently eligible for affiliate commissions unless expressly added in writing by A&E Venture.
Prepaid Package Exclusion: Website-exclusive prepaid management packages and discounted multi-package creative bundles are not eligible for affiliate commissions, even when processed as a one-time purchase through Beacons. A separately purchased qualifying ads setup is still eligible; the standard single Paid Ad Creative Production package remains eligible.
Affiliate commissions apply only to products and services specifically designated by A&E Venture LLC as affiliate-eligible. Standard recurring subscriptions, prepaid management packages, discounted multi-package creative bundles, and privately issued package offers are excluded unless A&E Venture LLC expressly states otherwise in writing. The separately purchased approved ads setup product is not excluded by a prepaid management purchase.
Commission rates, qualifying services, promotions, eligibility, and program terms may change for future transactions.
The commission applicable to a qualifying transaction will be based on the approved affiliate offer and applicable program terms in effect at the time of the transaction.
Commission percentages are calculated on the qualifying purchase price as determined by the affiliate tracking platform. Stated commission amounts are before any applicable Beacons, PayPal, payment-processing, platform, or other third-party fees.
5. No Earnings Guarantee
A&E Venture does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, sales, commissions, revenue, or earnings.
Affiliate results depend on many factors outside A&E Venture's control, including the affiliate's audience, promotional activity, customer demand, market conditions, tracking attribution, and third-party platform requirements.
6. Qualifying Sales
A sale qualifies only when:
- The customer completes an eligible purchase
- Affiliate tracking is properly configured
- Beacons successfully attributes the qualifying transaction
- The transaction is legitimate
- The transaction is not fraudulent
- The purchase has not been refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back
- All applicable program requirements have been satisfied
7. Attribution
Affiliate attribution is administered through Beacons.
A&E Venture is not responsible for commission that cannot be attributed because of:
- Incorrect setup
- Broken links
- Missing tracking
- Platform errors outside A&E Venture's reasonable control
- Browser restrictions
- Customer behavior
- Beacons policy or technology
- Affiliate failure to follow setup instructions
Affiliate attribution may rely on Beacons links, cookies, browser or device information, or similar tracking and attribution technologies. For information about website tracking and privacy practices, see A&E Venture LLC's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Affiliate Link Use and Non-Transferability
Affiliate links are issued for use by the approved affiliate only.
Affiliate links may not be transferred, assigned, sold, sublicensed, shared with another person or entity for their promotional use, or used to create an unauthorized sub-affiliate arrangement without prior written approval from A&E Venture.
Affiliates remain responsible for the proper use of affiliate links issued to them.
9. Payouts
Affiliate payouts are administered through Beacons according to Beacons' current requirements.
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining any required Beacons and PayPal information.
A&E Venture does not control Beacons payout processing, eligibility, verification, or timing.
10. Refunds and Chargebacks
Commission is not considered earned on refunded, reversed, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back transactions.
If Beacons reverses or adjusts an affiliate commission, A&E Venture is not required to independently replace that commission unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
11. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to generate commission on their own purchase or use artificial transactions, duplicate identities, controlled accounts, or other methods intended primarily to generate affiliate compensation.
12. Marketing Standards
Affiliates must market A&E Venture truthfully and professionally.
Affiliates may not:
- Guarantee results
- Guarantee SEO rankings
- Guarantee leads or revenue
- Promise unauthorized completion dates
- Invent services or deliverables
- Misrepresent pricing
- Offer unauthorized discounts
- Impersonate A&E Venture
- Use misleading advertising
- Engage in spam
- Use unlawful or unethical promotional practices
13. Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding
Affiliates may not run paid advertising using the A&E Venture name, trademarks, domains, branded keywords, misspellings, or affiliate links without prior written approval from A&E Venture.
Affiliates may not bid on A&E Venture branded search terms or create advertisements, domains, social profiles, landing pages, or other promotional properties that could reasonably appear to be owned, operated, or officially authorized by A&E Venture.
This includes, but is not limited to, paid promotion through search engines, social media advertising platforms, display advertising, or similar paid media channels.
14. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship whenever promoting A&E Venture through an affiliate link. The disclosure must be placed reasonably close to the affiliate link, endorsement, or promotional claim so a typical viewer can notice it before or at the time of engagement.
Approved example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase an A&E Venture service through my affiliate link.”
15. Brand Use
Affiliates may refer to A&E Venture LLC by name for legitimate promotion of the approved affiliate relationship.
A&E Venture logos, graphics, advertisements, trademarks, proprietary content, or branded creative assets may not be modified or used outside their intended purpose without permission.
16. Pricing and Offers
Only pricing, promotions, discounts, and offers published or specifically authorized by A&E Venture may be promoted.
Affiliates may not independently negotiate prices on behalf of A&E Venture.
17. Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for determining and satisfying their own applicable tax reporting and tax-payment obligations relating to affiliate income.
18. Third-Party Platform
Beacons is an independent third-party platform.
A&E Venture does not control Beacons:
- Fees
- Availability
- Policies
- Tracking technology
- Payout rules
- Payment methods
- Account requirements
- Verification procedures
- Service interruptions
- Feature changes
19. Program Changes
A&E Venture may modify:
- Program eligibility
- Commission percentages
- Qualifying products
- Promotional rules
- Affiliate requirements
- These program terms
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.
20. Termination
A&E Venture may suspend or terminate an affiliate relationship for:
- Violation of these terms
- Misleading promotion
- Brand misuse
- Fraudulent activity
- Spam
- Abusive conduct
- Reputational risk
- Repeated failure to follow affiliate requirements
- Other material violations of program standards
Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately stop representing themselves as an A&E Venture affiliate and stop using A&E Venture branding, affiliate links, promotional materials, and other program assets for future promotion.
Any commission attributable to a legitimate qualifying transaction completed before termination remains subject to Beacons attribution, verification, refund, chargeback, adjustment, and payout requirements.
Transactions occurring after termination are not eligible for affiliate commission unless A&E Venture agrees otherwise in writing.
21. Electronic Acceptance
By checking the Affiliate Program Terms acknowledgment and submitting an affiliate application, and by participating in the A&E Venture Affiliate Program after approval, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms electronically.
Electronic acceptance has the same effect as acceptance of these terms in writing to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. General Legal Provisions
GOVERNING LAW
These Affiliate Program Terms are governed by applicable Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any written affiliate offer, approval notice, or official program instructions issued by A&E Venture, constitute the applicable terms governing participation in the A&E Venture Affiliate Program.

These program terms are intended to explain the rules governing participation in the A&E Venture Affiliate Program and do not replace applicable law or the terms imposed by third-party platforms used in connection with the program.
