1. Program Overview
The A&E Venture Affiliate Program allows approved participants to promote qualifying A&E Venture products and potentially earn commission on qualifying purchases properly attributed through the approved affiliate tracking system.
Participation is approval-based.
2. Affiliate Status
Affiliates are independent participants. Participation does not create:
- Employment
- Agency
- Partnership
- Joint venture
- Franchise
- Authority to bind A&E Venture
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or authorized representatives of A&E Venture.
3. Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
A&E Venture may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion.
4. Commission
The current Custom Website Package affiliate offer is 10% of the qualifying purchase price unless otherwise stated in writing.
Commission rates may change for future transactions.
The commission applicable to a qualifying transaction will be based on the approved affiliate offer and applicable program terms in effect at the time of the transaction.
5. Qualifying Sales
A sale qualifies only when:
- The customer completes an eligible purchase
- Affiliate tracking is properly configured
- Beacons successfully attributes the qualifying transaction
- The transaction is legitimate
- The transaction is not fraudulent
- The purchase has not been refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back
- All applicable program requirements have been satisfied
6. Attribution
Affiliate attribution is administered through Beacons.
A&E Venture is not responsible for commission that cannot be attributed because of:
- Incorrect setup
- Broken links
- Missing tracking
- Platform errors outside A&E Venture's reasonable control
- Browser restrictions
- Customer behavior
- Beacons policy or technology
- Affiliate failure to follow setup instructions
7. Payouts
Affiliate payouts are administered through Beacons according to Beacons' current requirements.
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining any required Beacons and PayPal information.
A&E Venture does not control Beacons payout processing, eligibility, verification, or timing.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
Commission is not considered earned on refunded, reversed, fraudulent, disputed, or charged-back transactions.
If Beacons reverses or adjusts an affiliate commission, A&E Venture is not required to independently replace that commission unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
9. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to generate commission on their own purchase or use artificial transactions, duplicate identities, controlled accounts, or other methods intended primarily to generate affiliate compensation.
10. Marketing Standards
Affiliates must market A&E Venture truthfully and professionally.
Affiliates may not:
- Guarantee results
- Guarantee SEO rankings
- Guarantee leads or revenue
- Promise unauthorized completion dates
- Invent services or deliverables
- Misrepresent pricing
- Offer unauthorized discounts
- Impersonate A&E Venture
- Use misleading advertising
- Engage in spam
- Use unlawful or unethical promotional practices
11. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship whenever promoting A&E Venture through an affiliate link.
Approved example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase an A&E Venture service through my affiliate link.”
12. Brand Use
Affiliates may refer to A&E Venture LLC by name for legitimate promotion of the approved affiliate relationship.
A&E Venture logos, graphics, advertisements, trademarks, proprietary content, or branded creative assets may not be modified or used outside their intended purpose without permission.
13. Pricing and Offers
Only pricing, promotions, discounts, and offers published or specifically authorized by A&E Venture may be promoted.
Affiliates may not independently negotiate prices on behalf of A&E Venture.
14. Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for determining and satisfying their own applicable tax reporting and tax-payment obligations relating to affiliate income.
15. Third-Party Platform
Beacons is an independent third-party platform.
A&E Venture does not control Beacons:
- Fees
- Availability
- Policies
- Tracking technology
- Payout rules
- Payment methods
- Account requirements
- Verification procedures
- Service interruptions
- Feature changes
16. Program Changes
A&E Venture may modify:
- Program eligibility
- Commission percentages
- Qualifying products
- Promotional rules
- Affiliate requirements
- These program terms
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.
17. Termination
A&E Venture may suspend or terminate an affiliate relationship for:
- Violation of these terms
- Misleading promotion
- Brand misuse
- Fraudulent activity
- Spam
- Abusive conduct
- Reputational risk
- Repeated failure to follow affiliate requirements
- Other material violations of program standards
