A&E Venture LLC values transparency, professionalism, and client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, refunds, project delays, and service modifications.
General Policy
This service policy applies to the Custom Website Package, website design and development, website redesign, landing-page design, Website Growth Partnership, Google Business Profile Setup & Optimization, Google Ads Management, Meta Ads Management, Google or Meta Ads Campaign Setup, Paid Ad Creative Production, prepaid service packages, and paid consultations if offered. Digital products and resources are addressed separately below.
By purchasing services from A&E Venture LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Before Work Begins
If a purchased service is canceled before A&E Venture LLC has begun any onboarding, planning, strategy, research, setup, account review, production, development, optimization, creative direction, campaign review, or other work related to the purchased service, a refund may be issued at the discretion of A&E Venture LLC.
A&E Venture LLC will determine in good faith, based on the work performed and documented activity, whether work has begun.
Any refund requested before work begins is subject to final review and approval by A&E Venture LLC.
A complimentary discovery call or pre-purchase conversation does not, by itself, constitute the start of paid work.
After Work Begins
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable due to the time, planning, strategy, production, setup, research, development, optimization, and resources committed to the service.
This standard applies equally to website projects, Google Business Profile work, Google or Meta campaign setup, paid ad creative production, and other professional services.
Google or Meta Ads Campaign Setup
One setup purchase covers one platform and one initial campaign. Setup is part of onboarding for management and is not sold as a standalone service. Once onboarding or setup work begins, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Monthly Services
For Google Ads Management and Meta Ads Management, monthly management fees for the current service period are non-refundable once work for that period has begun. A cancellation submitted before the next billing cycle stops future recurring billing. Advertising spend paid directly to Google or Meta is separate from A&E Venture LLC fees and subject to the platform's own billing and refund policies. The same distinction applies to spend paid to any other advertising platform.
Website Growth Partnership is month-to-month. Cancellation before the next billing cycle stops future billing; current-period payments are non-refundable once work for that period has begun. If a promotional or grandfathered rate is lost because the Partnership is canceled, later re-enrollment is subject to then-current pricing and promotions.
Discounted Prepaid Packages
Once work has begun, discounted prepaid packages are non-refundable, including unused future months or unused creative packages.
Cancellation or non-use does not convert unused prepaid value into cash once work has begun.
Deposits
Deposits and reservation payments follow the same before-work and after-work rules above, unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Digital Products
Digital products, templates, downloads, guides, training materials, and digital resources delivered immediately are non-refundable after delivery.
This separate digital-delivery rule does not change the before-work and after-work policy for services.
Consultation Services
If paid consultations are offered, consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed or work related to it has begun. A free discovery call is not a paid service.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
Reasonable accommodations will be made whenever possible.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled paid consultation without notice does not change the before-work and after-work refund standard above. If work related to the consultation has begun, the payment is non-refundable.
Project Delays
Clients are responsible for providing requested materials, approvals, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays in providing required information may impact project timelines.
A&E Venture LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, approvals, or communication.
Scope Changes
Projects are based on the agreed-upon scope of work.
Any additional requests, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or project modifications may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Third-Party Payment & Financing Providers
Payment plans, financing approvals, interest, fees, refund processing, and financing-provider rules are controlled by the relevant provider, such as Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later, card processors, or other providers. A&E Venture LLC does not control those provider terms.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact A&E Venture LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and collection of supporting documentation demonstrating services rendered.
