01

The Starting Point

The multi-location group needed a more consistent digital foundation. Website presence and maintenance varied by practice, and several locations did not have an actively maintained website.

The primary conversion priority was making it straightforward for mobile visitors to call. Each practice needed its own visual identity while sharing consistent standards for services, location details, and contact options.

Traditional before-and-after screenshot comparisons are limited because several practices lacked actively maintained sites. No before images or simulated comparisons are presented here.

Locations Included

  • Hazel Park Location
  • Okemos Location
  • Detroit Location
  • Lansing Location
  • Roseville Location
  • Ecorse Location
  • Redford Location
  • Farmington Hills Location

03

The Website System

A&E built and coordinated eight individual practice websites. A shared template and structural standards provided consistency, while practice-specific colors and visual treatments kept each location distinct.

Mobile-first layouts emphasized clear phone actions, with appointment requests and contact forms as secondary paths. The sites included insurance information, stock imagery, review presentation, and service and location information. Email was optional on contact forms.

The client retained ownership and control of core Google properties and workspace, while A&E maintained appropriate admin access to support the engagement. The website structure was designed to support inquiries, not guarantee conversions.

04

Local Visibility & Google Presence

The engagement included organizing ownership and access, coordinating domain and site connections, and supporting consistency between practice websites and Google Business Profile information where appropriate.

This work created a more coordinated foundation for local business information. It is not a claim of specific rankings or guaranteed search visibility.

05

Google Ads — 3 Locations

Roseville Location, Ecorse Location, and Redford Location participated in Google Ads management through location-specific Google Search campaigns.

Targeting focused on an approximately five-mile radius around each participating practice. Campaigns were scheduled during actual office hours so staff could answer calls and to reduce off-hours spend.

Location-specific keywords, conversion tracking, and ongoing campaign management supported this setup. Campaign budgets and private financial information are not disclosed.

06

Documented Campaign Activity

The A&E Venture tracking workbook contains 127 Google Ads call records across Roseville Location, Ecorse Location, and Redford Location during the documented activity period from August 13 through September 29, 2026. Because the campaigns experienced a temporary service pause during that period, these totals should not be read as continuous-day averages.

A&E used 60 seconds as an operational call-tracking benchmark for stronger call-conversion signals. A 60+ second call does not mean the caller booked an appointment, became a patient, accepted treatment, or generated revenue.

Office-level appointment, patient, treatment, and revenue fields were not maintained consistently enough to report as case-study outcomes, so this case study limits performance reporting to the call activity documented in the advertising tracker.

Results vary by location, market, budget, staff follow-up, and other business factors. Project activity shown reflects documented activity from this engagement and is not a guarantee of future results.

07

Lead Tracking & Follow-Up

A&E created a lead-tracking workbook for the three ad-supported locations with an intended measurement pipeline connecting advertising activity to downstream office outcomes. A&E populated and maintained the advertising call-side data. The pipeline separated each stage rather than treating a tracked call as a patient or collected revenue.

  1. 01Ad Spend
  2. 02Calls
  3. 03New Patient Leads
  4. 04Appointments
  5. 05Patients Seen
  6. 06Treatment Presented
  7. 07Treatment Accepted
  8. 08Revenue Collected

Office staff remained responsible for follow-up, scheduling, and maintaining the downstream appointment, patient, treatment, and revenue fields. Those office-side fields were not maintained consistently enough to support reliable aggregate results, so those outcomes are not reported here. The pipeline describes the intended measurement stages, not verified completion of each stage; no private patient, treatment, or revenue values are shared here.

08

Ongoing Growth System

All eight locations are enrolled in A&E Venture’s Website Growth Partnership for ongoing website updates and improvements. Google Ads management continues for the three participating locations.

The client remains the owner and controller of core properties, with A&E serving as an admin and ongoing partner. With client approval, the project websites include a “Powered by A&E Venture LLC” footer attribution and link.

What This Project Demonstrates

A multi-location business can retain distinct practice identities while coordinating websites, local presence, advertising, tracking, and ongoing support through shared standards.

This engagement demonstrates that coordination in practice: phone-focused websites, location-specific campaigns, a defined follow-up pipeline, and continued website care. These are documented deliverables and activity, not a claim that the system caused a particular patient or revenue outcome.
